1. Agreement
Using Magnet means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app. Magnet is published by Chankla LLC.
2. What Magnet is
Magnet audits a dating profile, scores photos, retouches them and writes text you can use. It is a coaching tool. It cannot promise you matches, dates or a relationship, and no result it produces is a guarantee of anything — the people swiping are still people.
3. Age
Magnet is for people aged 18 and over, exclusively.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for everything done through it. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
5. What you upload
You may only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, photos of minors, or anything illegal, hateful or sexually explicit. You keep ownership of everything you upload; you grant us only the technical licence needed to process it and show it back to you.
6. AI-generated content
Scores, verdicts, retouched images, openers and bios are generated automatically. They can be wrong, clumsy, or simply not sound like you. Read what you send before you send it: what you publish on a dating app, or write to another person, is your responsibility alone.
7. Premium and credits
Magnet is free to download. Premium is a subscription sold through the App Store or Google Play, billed by Apple or Google in your currency, renewing automatically until you cancel it in your store account. AI actions consume credits: Premium includes a monthly budget that expires at the end of each cycle, and credit packs can top it up. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not refundable once spent. Refund requests go to Apple or Google, who handle billing.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not use Magnet to analyse, profile or target someone else without their knowledge.
- Do not use it to harass, deceive, impersonate or scam anyone.
- Do not try to extract, scrape or resell the app's analyses, prompts or content.
- Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
9. Intellectual property
The Magnet name, the interface, the criteria catalogue, the texts and the software belong to Chankla LLC. Your photos and what you write remain yours.
10. Independent services
Magnet is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Tinder, Hinge, Bumble, Happn, Fruitz or any other dating service. Their names are used only to say which profiles Magnet can read.
11. Availability
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the service, and features may evolve between versions. We try to keep the app available, but we do not promise it will run without interruption.
12. Liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Chankla LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Magnet. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. Ending your use
You can stop using Magnet at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute cannot be settled amicably, the competent French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the protective rules that apply to consumers in their country of residence.
